Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)

Denver Human Services has kicked off the 2008-2009 Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) which helps qualifying low-income families pay their heating bills each winter. Applications are available by calling toll-free 1.866.HEAT.HELP.
