To Shin Do (Toh-Sheen-Do) "Foundations of Self- Protection" classes for this week will be Tuesday, July 14, from 4:30 - 6:30, and Thursday, July 16, from 5- 7. Remember, classes are FREE and open for ages 10 and up, and we still have lots of room for new students!
