The Healthy Conflict Resolution Workshop supports couples in developing practical skills to navigate disagreements in respectful, constructive, and relationship-strengthening ways. The workshop is grounded in the understanding that conflict is a natural part of intimate partnerships and, when handled well, can promote deeper trust, communication, and emotional connection.
