Perks
Participants who engage in the full 6-week program receive a stipend, certificate of completion and induction into the KCP Alumni Program. All KCP Alum will be invited to special events and exclusive access to DICI services.
The Kinship & Commitment Program (KCP) is a federally funded initiative supported by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Our mission is to strengthen Native couples and families by providing culturally responsive, evidence-based education, practical life skills, and meaningful connections to community resources.
We believe healthy families are built through healthy relationships—and that lasting success happens when communities work together.
What KCP Provides

Classes are held twice each week at the Denver Indian Center, where participants engage in structured learning and supportive group discussions.

KCP Is seeking Independent Contractors (Relationship Education Instructors and Outreach Specialists) to provide facilitation, participant engagement, community outreach, recruitment and related services.
These are Independent Contractor (1099) roles averaging 10–15 hours per week, with services provided as needed, up to 20 hours per week, based on program scheduling, participant enrollment, and grant activities.
This allows you to keep your current full-time or part-time job while contrubutiuon to this amazing program!
