Nehemiah Tsosie
Executive Director | Diné | Navajo Nation
Originally from Kirtland, NM, Nehemiah is Diné from the Navajo Nation, of the Folded Arms Clan (Bit’ahnii), born for the Many Goats Clan (Tł’ízí Łání), and brings a deep commitment to community, service, and Indigenous leadership. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University and previously served in the Army National Guard (615th Transportation Battalion). Nehemiah has led financial, operational, and compliance work across multiple industries, including serving as CEO of ACME Soil Remediation, Inc. at the Navajo Mine.
Nehemiah leads the Denver Indian Center with a deep commitment to service and Indigenous leadership. A veteran and engineer by training, he brings extensive operational expertise to his role as Executive Director. Nehemiah is dedicated to strengthening Native communities through sustainable programs and cultural advocacy, ensuring the Center remains a vital hub for the crossroads of Indian Country.
