Native Workforce Program
The Native Workforce Program (NWP) is an adult workforce initiative funded by a WIOA grant through the U.S. Department of Labor. NWP provides hands-on training, mentorship, and career support to help Native adults gain skills, advance in the workforce, and strengthen the future of Native communities, fostering both personal growth and community resilience.
Job and Career Pathway Counseling
Provides one-on-one guidance to help participants explore career options, plan job pathways, and develop the skills needed to achieve long-term employment goals.
GED Educational Assistance
Provides support and resources for adults preparing to earn their GED, including tutoring, study materials, and guidance to achieve educational goals.
Resume and Skill Building Workshops
Offers workshops to help participants build strong resumes, develop essential workplace skills, and increase confidence for employment opportunities.
Career Assessments
Provides tools and guidance to help participants identify strengths, interests, and skills, explore potential career paths, and make informed decisions for long-term personal and professional growth.
Job Referrals
Connects participants with employment opportunities through personalized job referrals, linking skills and interests to local employers and helping individuals take the next step toward meaningful careers.
Internships
Provides hands-on work experiences that help participants build professional skills, gain career exposure, and develop connections in their chosen fields.
